Phosphorescent glass

It glows at night!

Phosphorescent glass for architecture and interior design.

How does the atmospherical light application operate ? Phosphorescent glass reveals the attraction of phosphorecent pigments. The glass ceramic gurantees the persistance of the intended design. With the application of phosphorescent pigment the luminous power is not affected. In darkness the natural transparancy of the pigment enhances a chromatic overlapping and mixture eventually appearing in everchanging illumination.

Outstanding applications in architecture and interior design are possible. Phosphorescent glass allows to create „self-lighting" glass façade and elevator shafts. It can be used on façade glazing for printed on logos or designs. Other common uses are for signage, labelling and automotive design.

In interior design, potential uses include any interior application where an afterglow effect is requested. The new glass coating can be used for interior wall cladding (glazing, glass tiles), glass stairs, partitions, doors, ceillings and furniture ...This innovative product increases the safety by making glass more visible and helps also people to orientate better in the dark.
